Hi, I’m Victoria!

I have a passion for justice and fair sentencing, a drive to empower attorneys and defendants, and a working knowledge of the intricacies of the criminal defense system. This compels me to function as a dynamic mitigation specialist and consultant. My career started with mitigation in capital cases and spread to other forms of social justice and now, I want to focus on building a nation-wide mitigation community and consulting.

I have a strong professional background that is rooted in legal investigation, mitigation, and focus groups. Match that with the journalistic approach to cases and we can humanize the accused and carry out the tenants of justice in our system.

Having worked hands-on with defendants and counselors in several cases, I’ve taken the wealth of information I’ve gleaned and created Mitigation University.  Through out my seven-year career, I have been working in wonderful teams of experts, tutors, attorneys, mitigation specialists, investigators and social justice change agents to help mold my practice and NOW want to share my knowledge with the world!
